Kosaka Machi Katsura Ramen

Kosaka Town's Soul Food

It is said to have originated about 40 years ago when a customer expressed a desire to eat both katsu-don and ramen at the same time, leading to the creation of a dish featuring simmered tonkatsu in egg, served atop soy sauce ramen.

With the hope of sharing Kosaka Town’s culinary culture, the owners of seven restaurants came together to offer the dish, each with their own unique seasoning.

In addition to the classic soy sauce flavor, enjoy a variety of tastes unique to each shop, including miso, salt, and spicy varieties.

It was also selected as a “100-Year Food” by the Agency for Cultural Affairs in Reiwa 5!
